Kitchen owners listed on MilWill agree to:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers using MilWill agree to:

- Make timely payments for services ordered
- Communicate respectfully with kitchen owners
- Report any issues or concerns promptly
- Respect kitchen owners' business policies and schedules
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms, pricing, and refund policies are determined by individual kitchen owners. MilWill facilitates connections but is not directly involved in financial transactions between customers and kitchen owners unless otherwise specified.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the MilWill platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MilWill or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
MilWill acts as a platform connecting kitchen owners and customers. We do not prepare, handle, or deliver food. Kitchen owners are independent service providers responsible for their own operations, food safety, and compliance with regulations.
MilWill is not liable for any issues arising from food quality, delivery, or transactions between users. We encourage users to communicate directly and resolve disputes amicably.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of MilWill should first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication between parties. If resolution cannot be reached, users may contact MilWill support for assistance.
9. Termination
MilWill reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time.
10. Changes to Terms
MilWill reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
